This property was an existing warehouse property, and we were appointed to refurbish the property following the vacation of the out going tenant and ready for a new tenant, on behalf of the landlord, the works comprised of the following. The client also required the energy performance of the property to be increased and to achieve a BREEAM Very Good Rating.
What We Did
- Strip out of the existing Installation
- Roofing and cladding works
- Strip out of the existing Installation
- Extensive design and build M&E installation to meet BREEAM requirements
- Leak detection and water saving devices throughout
- Removal of existing ground floor offices to create undercroft area, including all structural design and installation.
- Complete design of the toilet blocks to accommodate the clients requirements within a restrictive space.
- Design and install new EV system to carpark
- Design and installation of wall to reception to house PV monitor
- Ceramic tiling to the ground floor
- Complete refurbishment of the office areas
- Extensive refurbishment of the toilets
- Construction of new linings to the warehouse to meeting U values and building regulations
- Complete refurbishment of the warehouse
- New lights throughout the warehouse and office space
- New sectional shutter doors and dock levellers, including steelwork alterations
- Decoration works throughout the warehouse, office and all external cladding
- Epoxy floor screed throughout the warehouse
