This property was an existing warehouse property, and we were appointed to refurbish the property following the vacation of the out going tenant and ready for a new tenant, on behalf of the landlord, the works comprised of the following.
What We Did
- Strip out of the existing Installation
- Roofing and cladding works
- Scaffolding and netting to enable the roofing works
- Demolition and cut back of the existing office structure to provide a smaller office content
- Removal of uneven concrete floors internally to the warehouse and design and lay new concrete floors, including alterations to the drainage as necessary
- Refurbishment of the office and toilet areas
- New lights throughout the warehouse and office space
- New sectional shutter doors, including steelwork alterations
- Decoration works throughout the warehouse, office and all external cladding
- Re tarmac of the external carpark area
- Epoxy floor screed throughout the warehouse
