This property was an existing warehouse property, and we were appointed to refurbish the property following the vacation of the out going tenant and ready for a new tenant, on behalf of the landlord, the works comprised of the following.

What We Did

  • Strip out of the existing Installation
  • Roofing and cladding works
  • Scaffolding and netting to enable the roofing works
  • Demolition and cut back of the existing office structure to provide a smaller office content
  • Removal of uneven concrete floors internally to the warehouse and design and lay new concrete floors, including alterations to the drainage as necessary
  • Refurbishment of the office and toilet areas
  • New lights throughout the warehouse and office space
  • New sectional shutter doors, including steelwork alterations
  • Decoration works throughout the warehouse, office and all external cladding
  • Re tarmac of the external carpark area
  • Epoxy floor screed throughout the warehouse
