This property was an existing warehouse property, and we were appointed to refurbish the property following the vacation of the out going tenant and ready for a new tenant, on behalf of the landlord, the works comprised of the following
What We Did
- Strip out of the existing Installation including the removal of a large two storey steel office structure
- Roofing and cladding works
- Installation of new PV’s to the roof
- Design of mansafe system to suit the PV installation/maintenance
- Removal of the ground floor office accommodation to form a warehouse undercroft, including designing a new slab and all necessary fire protection (variation during the works)
- Overhaul the existing mechanical installation
- New lights throughout the office and warehouse accommodation
- General refurbishment of the office and toilet areas
- New sectional shutter doors
- Decoration works throughout the warehouse, office and all external cladding
- Re design of the concrete yard area, removal of carpark area to extend concrete yard area – including designing all details, levels, re designing entrance gates, re routing all services, lowering of large waste pumping station
- Design and installation of new external living wall, including signage and drainage
- Design bike shelter storage
- Decorations of the warehouse floor slab
