This property was an existing warehouse property, and we were appointed to refurbish the property following the vacation of the out going tenant and ready for a new tenant, on behalf of the landlord, the works comprised of the following.

- Strip out tenants fixtures and fittings and additional items, partitioning to offices, carpets and ceilings, toilets, all warehouse additional accommodation as per the demolition plans
- Scaffolding and nets to enable roof works

- Works to gutters

- New shutter doors and fire exits
- Fit out of reception area
