This property was an existing warehouse property, and we were appointed to refurbish the property following the vacation of the out going tenant and ready for a new tenant, on behalf of the landlord, the works comprised of the following. The client also required the energy performance of the property to be increased and to achieve a BREEAM Excellent Rating.

Complete staircase redesign
Complete refurbishment of the office areas
Extensive refurbishment of the toilets
