This property was an existing warehouse property, and we were appointed to refurbish the property following the vacation of the out going tenant and ready for a new tenant, on behalf of the landlord, the works comprised of the following.
The client also required the energy performance of the property to be increased and to achieve a BREEAM Excellent Rating.
What We Did
- Removal of asbestos found during the project/
- Roofing and cladding works
- Installation of PV’s to the roof
- Complete replacement of the rear concrete service yard
- Extensive drainage repairs and redesign of the drainage to the rear yard area.
- Design and installation of new rainwater harvesting system
- Extensive design and build M&E installation to meet BREEAM requirements
- New BMS system.
- Leak detection and water saving devices throughout
- Design and installation of plant deck to suit the M&E installation
- Complete design of the toilet blocks to accommodate the clients requirements within a restrictive space.
- Design and install new EV system to carpark
- Design and installation of new windows and entrance glazing
- Ceramic tiling to the ground floor
- Complete staircase redesign
- Complete refurbishment of the office areas
- Extensive refurbishment of the toilets
- Complete refurbishment of the warehouse
- New lights throughout the warehouse and office space
- New sectional shutter doors, including steelwork alterations
- Decoration works throughout the warehouse, office and all external cladding
- Epoxy floor screed throughout the warehouse
- Design and installation of new fencing and gates
- Construction of new bug hotels
